NICOSIA: Turkish Cypriot actor Tamer Hassan will star in the sixth season of the American fantasy drama television series Game of Thrones, to be aired on 24 April 2016.

NICOSIA: Tetrakyts Films Ltd. will be cooperating with the USA distribution company Parallel Lines to distribute documentaries.

NICOSIA: Director and writer Stavros Papageorgiou is currently in production with the ethnographic, arts and historical documentary The Legacy of the Cypriot Goddess.

LIMASSOL: International film director Peter Medak is shooting The Ghost of Peter Sellers, a feature length documentary about the film Ghost in the Noonday Sun, which Medak also directed.

NICOSIA: Cypriot writer/director Simon Farmakas is in the final stages of postproduction with his debut feature, the dramedy Sunrise in Kimmeria.

CYPRUS: Greek films awarded at the 38th Drama Short Film Festival 2015 will be screened in Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos and Limassol from 1 to 4 February 2016.

CYPRUS: The International Short Film Festival of Cyprus in collaboration with Le jour le plus Court (Short Film Day) are coming together on 21 December in Nicosia for a screening of awarded short films from its latest edition.
