OSCAR-shine in Cottbus

    Six productions from this year's festival program will represent their country in the category best foreign language film in the race for the Oscar next year.

    So don't miss the opportunity to see them first in Cottbus! The productions deal with different subjects such as homecoming, radical social critique, different lifestyles as well as current history. Among the films are 80 MILLION (Poland), Cristian Mungius new film BEYOND THE HILLS (Romania), CANNIBAL VEGETARIAN (Croatia), DJECA - CHILDREN OF SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), IF ONLY EVERYONE (Armenia) and MADE IN ASH (Slovakia).
