Best Short Film Award
Audience Voting
Selecting from feature films that have not been purchased for Slovenian distribution, the spectators will be able to vote for their favourite picture, which will receive the Dragon Award.
Votes can be cast when exiting the cinema or by a mobile phone. The voting via text-messaging has been made possible by Telekom Slovenije, d.d., main Festival sponsor.

Online submission is strongly recommended.
Applications for press accreditation can also be submitted at a press conference to take place on 15 October at Cankarjev dom. Submission deadline is 21 October 2013.
