The 2016 edition of Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event, the audiovisual industry summit of Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, will see four Works in Progress showcases.
Taking place during the 20th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival the summit is bound to host a record number of guests, many significant sales and distribution companies such as Match Factory, Hanway Films, Picture Tree International, Trustnordisk and Wild Bunch, as well as programmers from various festivals attending the events.
Submission deadline for all categories is 23 September!
Works in Progress presentations will take place from 20-21 November!
Nisimasa - European network of film associations of young professionals, students and enthusiasts, currently present in 19 countries - will hold a workshop for young critics and journalists during the next edition of the festival.
Application is open until September 30!

PRETENDERS
The Estonian film from last year's Baltic Event WIP is going to world premiere at San Sebastian's Debut competition programme.
THE DAYS THAT CONFUSED
The Estonian project was looking for film festivals at the 2015 Baltic Event showcase and was picked up by Karlovy Vary IFF, where it won the Special Jury Prize in East of West competition programme.
MELLOW MUD
After hooking up with the distributor Pluto Films at least year's Baltic Event WIP showcase, the Latvian film Mellow Mud was selected to Berlinale's Generation Plus and was awarded the Crystal Bear.
