NEM Dubrovnik 2022 will this year serve as a platform for an exclusive announcement of new legislative regulations about electronic media that will have impact operators, streaming platforms, and national televisions in Croatia and on Croatian audiovisual professionals. Special program under the name of NEW LAW IN CROATIA, sponsored by Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC), Agency for Electronic Media in Croatia (AEM) and Croatian Ministry of Culture and Media, will consist of panels, business practices and a networking event.
The new regulations will be discussed through the welcoming speech by Nina Obuljen Koržinek, Minister of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, and through business practices we will see examples of investment from most successful European operators in original local production. The co-production of key European TV industry players will be the topic of discussion on a separate panel, governed by Jonathan Broughton, Head of Strategy, EBU.
