THE SHAMELESS by KONSTANTIN BOJANOV in the UN CERTAIN REGARD competition
Bulgarian director Konstantin Bojanov’s third feature is a coproduction between Switzerland, France, Bulgaria and Taiwan. Follow the festival program for screenings and related events.
Bulgarian minority coproduction THE MAN WHO COULD NOT REMAIN SILENT in the SHORT FILMS competition.
Nebojša SLIJEPČEVIĆ’s short film is a co-production between Nebojša Croatia, France, Bulgaria, and Slovenia.
PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE
Kalin Kalinov was selected as our Producer on the Move.
Kalin Kalinov is a co-owner of the Sofia-based production company Invictus and is co-producing such films as Miroslav Terzić’s THE EXCURSION and the first Macedonian animated feature JOHN VARDAR VS. THE GALAXY. His latest project BECAUSE I LOVE BAD WEATHER by the first-time director Yana Lekarska won the Audience Award at the 2024 Sofia IFF. Kalin focuses on producing author-driven titles with commercial potential and is currently in advanced post-production on AXIS OF LIFE by Atanas Hristoskov. In addition, he is developing WHEN A TREE FALLS IN THE FOREST by Kamen Kolarov.
