According to a report in Novinte, the monopoly organization was notified by a competing cable company that Blizoo was offering illegal bonuses to new subscribers.
Blizoo was created by the merger of Eurocom and CableTel in 2010.
The cable company was fined BGN56,288 (28,780 euros).
