Twelve year old Koko has to solve now the mystery of a new friend who leads a double life. Ankica Juric Tilic is producing together with Kinorama (www.kinorama.hr).
The project received 525,000 Euro from the Croatian Audiovisual Center (www.havc.hr), and has a budget of 1,081,081 Euro.Zagonetni djecak/The Mysterious Boy received a development grant from MEDIA 2007 Programme (http://ec.europa.eu). The Croatian Audiovisual Center also supported it with a script development grant.
Hana Jusic wrote the script, and Mario Sablic will be the DOP. The film will star Antonio Parac and Nina Mileta. The project participated at Cinekid 2011 (http://www.cinekid.nl/professionals) and at P4K&F 2011 (http://www.mediadesknederland.eu/en/x/11418/p4kf). Representatives of Kinorama told FNE that they would like the film to premiere at Cinekid Amsterdam in October 2013. There is no sales agent yet.
