The Grand Jury’s Best Director Award goes to Lidia Duda for the Polish film Entangled produced by public broadcaster TVP.

Nearly 31,000 tickets were sold in the first eight days of the festival, driven mainly by weekend attendance with 3,000 more audience members in comparison to 2012. One World hosted 132 international and Czech filmmakers, producers and film festival representatives.

A Special Mention goes to A World Not Ours by Mahdi Fleifel (Lebanon, Great Britain, Denmark).

The Vaclav Havel Jury gives its main award to Bahrain, the Forbidden Country directed by Stéphanie Lamorre (France) and a Special Mention to Where Heaven Meets Hell directed by Sasha Friedlander (USA). 

The Czech Radio Jury Award goes to Village at the End of the World directed by Sarah Gavron a David Katznelson (Great Britain, Denmark).

The Student Jury Awardgoes to Putin's Kiss by Lise Birk Pedersen (Denmark).
