TV Barrandov Gets Cash Infusion

PRAGUE: TV Barrandov has received an additional 4 million euros investment, raising the total investment into the station to nearly CZK 900 million, or 36 million euros.

Broadband TV News reports that the station received the new funding in May 2011.

TV Barrandov has accumulated losses of 35 million euros in the past three years, and projects losses of 2 million euros in 2011, with revenues of over 16 million euros.
