TALLINN: The East European Film Alliance (www.eefa-eu.org) awarded four projects in the final session of the EEFA Training Network 2010 during Black Nights Film Festival at Tallinn.
The selected projects are 20 Steps Underground (Georgia), The Bridge (Croatia), I Worked for Radio Free Europe (Bulgaria), and Keep the Fire (Germany).
The projects will have access to producers and distributors at the Berlinale for the fiction projects, and at the Sunny Side of the Docs for the Bulgarian documentary project.
The EEFA Training Network 2010 is a program was developed for the second year with the support of MEDIA International and the Romanian National Centre for Cinematography.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
FNE’s objectives include VISIBILITY for the region and AUDIENCES for films by providing a special focus on the region.
