TBILISI: Georgian National Film Centre will grant 46,229 EUR /120,000 GEL for the script development of eight feature films dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Georgia.
The grants were announced on 10 December 2015.
Most of the scripts are based on Georgia's history. The winning projects underwent a two-round contest. There were eleven projects after the first round. Funding was distributed equally among the films, and each project will receive 5,778 EUR / 15,000 GEL.
