BUDAPEST: The Hungarian National Media Authority awarded announced 722 m HUF (2.4 m EUR) to eight television film productions.
The projects must be completed by 31 May 2015, and all of them will be broadcasted first on Hungarian state television. The largest grants were 120 m HUF, awarded to three productions.
The Authority also granted 9.8 m HUF for script development to 10 television productions, with most projects receiving 1 m HUF. After the development phase, the productions are obliged to participate in the Authority's next tender for television films.
