After the script was developed and written at TT Filmműhely (the production company of Béla Tarr), Filmpartners (www.filmpartners.hu) bought the rights. The story centers on a strange woman, and her daughter who each have a special skill: their dreams can be projected into reality. The film follows the journey of mother and daughter through Europe, passing exotic places such as the Bibliothéque Pascal, a luxurious bordell. The film from Hajdu (White Palms, Macerás ügyek, Tamara) is one of the most expensive in Hungary, with a budget of HUF 427 millions. The production companies are Filmpartners and Katapult Film (www.katapultfilm.hu). Co-production partners are Sparks Kft., Gilles Mann Filmproduktion Cologne (www.gilles-mann.de), M&M Film (www.mmfilm.hu) and commercial Hungarian TV station TV2 (www.tv2.hu). The film was shot in Budapest, Tirgu Mures (Romania), and Germany. The main character is played by Orsolya Török-Illyés, the wife of Hajdu, and their daughter, Lujza also appears in the film along with a cast of Romanian and British actors. The film received a grants from MMKA (HUF 35 million), the NKA (HUF 10 million) and the Ministry of Culture.
