The channel is broadcast by Estonian cable operators Starman and STV. According to Postimees, the channel's broadcasts were suspended January 12 and returned to the air on January 19. The disruption was due to concerns over cost and profitability of the channel. According to The Baltic Times, the Russian language station has 250,000 customers who receive the channel the two Estonian cable operators. PBK broadcasts out of Riga and reaches viewers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania through cable and satellite transmission.
