Latvia lures Bollywood

The Latvian government is pursuing Bollywood as part of its economic strategy set forth in a recent meeting by the Latvian economic minister in India.

According to The Baltic Course, Baltic Pine Films (www.balticfilms.com) will cooperate on the production with Indian producer Dinesh Vijan. Baltic Pine Films is a Latvian based production services company that covers Lithuania and Estonia as well. The Latvian government was brought in to shore up official support and financial circumstances surrounging the potential production.
