The new channel's offer will include feature and documentary films as well as Polish and foreign animated productions. The planned programme will also continue with the experience of Kino Polska TV and will contain journalistic and education shows focused on film as well as pieces focused on the most interesting directors, interviews and news from
the world of cinema. The channel has some of the biggest names of the Polish industry: Andrzej Wajda,Agnieszka Holland and Juliusz Machulski on the station's board.

The film focused content will be fused with modern technology as the new channel will introduce solutions used in hybrid television, making the channel interactive and tailored to the needs of the modern user. "The joining of classical television with Internet content gives possibilities that are practically unlimited. It is too early to talk about particular solutions, but we want to create an interactive film channel, that will be attractive to the modern viewer, who is using a laptop or a tablet while watching TV" said Bogusław Kisielewski, The President of the Board of Stopklatka SA and the Director General of Kino Polska TV S.A.

The launch of Stopklatka TV is planned for the first half of 2014.
