Reisch will still be active in the company's activities as a Board Member. He also plans to develop his own film projects with SPInka Film Studio.

Kisielewski has been a Director and Board Member since 2007. In 2013 he became the President of Stopklatka S.A., a part of the Kino Polska capital group. He was responsible for the launch of Stopklatka TV on 15 March 2014, a joint venture of Kino Polska and Agora. Kino Polska TV Board members also appointed Berk Uziyel as Director of Filmbox International Ltd.

"We are planning to systematically increase the sales of our channels abroad in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary. We also have an interest in new territories such as Africa, South America and Eastern Europe. All these tasks will be managed and directed by Berk Uziyel," Kisielewski said.
