Red Planet White Flag is the story of a post-war emigrant coping with the trauma of war in a British hospital.
A special prize and 15,000 PLN went to Michał Szalonek and Paweł Podlejski for their script Marek which takes place in a single night.
The Polish Film Institute sponsored two prizes: an award of 12,000 PLN to Mariko Saga for House of Exile about the struggles of a Vietnamese father and his daughter trying to live in contemporary Warsaw; and 8,000 PLN to Piotr Paligaza for Blood on Their Hands about the difficult choices facing a surgeon during the Third Reich.
All SCRIPT PRO 2015 finalists are awarded with financial scholarships funded by the Polish Film Institute and special script consultations with tutors from Wajda School & Studio.
