    BYDGOSZCZ: The UK/US film Carol directed by Todd Haynes with DoP Ed Lachman won the Golden Frog at the 23rd Camerimage film festival which concluded on 21 November 2015.

    Camerimage is a festival dedicated to the work of cinematographers. With 11 competition sections, ranging from international feature films to advertising spots and student films, awards were plentiful. Poland took prizes and special mentions in documentary and student film competitions, along with the advertising spot and best Polish film competitions.

    Among the several special awards handed out during the festival, Polish director Marcel Łoziński received the festival’s award for Outstanding Achievements in Documentary Filmmaking.
