The shoot launched on 16 November 2015 in Warsaw. The psychological thriller follows a young officer of militia who is chosen to head a special task force created to catch a serial killer of young women. The script, written by Pieprzyca, is inspired by true events that took place in Poland in the 1970's.
The lead is played by Mirosław Haniszewski and the cast includes Arkadiusz Jakbik, Piotr Adamczyk, Michał Żurawski, Magdalena Popławska and Piotr Garlicki. The DoP is Paweł Dyllus.
The film is produced by Renata Czarnkowska-Listoś and Maria Gołoś of RE Studio in coproduction with National Audiovisual Institute, Telewizja Polska, Agora S.A. and Monternia.pl. The planned budget is 6.8 m PLN and the project got 3 m PLN in production funding from the Polish Film Institute.
The film will premiere in Polish cinemas in 2016, distributed by Next Film.
