This is the third feature for Wasilewski and follows his internationally recognised drama Floating Skyscrapers (Alter Ego Pictures).
The film was produced by Piotr Kobus through Mañana in coproduction with Telewizja Polska, VP SA, Film i Väst and Common Ground Pictures, with a budget of 1,566,572 EUR / 6.7 m PLN, of which 584,542 EUR / 2.5 m PLN was covered by a grant from the Polish Film Institute.
The film opened in Poland on 29 July 2016 distributed by Mañana and sold 32,072 tickets to date. International sales are managed by New Europe Film Sales.
