According to the Warsaw Business Journal, the four could face fines totally 2.5 billion PLN, or 10% of 2009 revenues. The investigation looked into accusations the the companies (Orange (www.orange.pl), Era (www.era.pl), Plus (www.plus.pl), and Play (www.playmobile.pl) conspired against newcomer INFO-TV-FM (www.infotvfm.pl), which won the license to broadcast mobile TV in Poland. The roll-out of mobile TV has been unable to move forward because of their unwillingness to work with their new competitor, according to reports.
