The Christening, a psychological thriller, also screened at the Toronto and San Sebastian film festivals, and won the prize of the Gdynia Polish Film Festival as well as best actor for its two leads.
Polish film also took the Mons festival's Public Award for the Polish/Russian coproduction Just Not Now.
