The EAVE 2010 European Producers Workshop which concluded in Belgrade on 25 October 2010 announced that the Romanian project Wolf produced by Marcian Lazar has been selected for Arc 1950 Coproduction Village in Les Arcs.
Crulic - The Path to Beyond, a Romanian/Polish coproduction presented by producer Anca Damian, was picked up for CPH:DOX, the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival.
During the final workshop, 50 participants pitched 30 projects to 65 industry professionals. The workshop was supported by the Serbian Ministry of Culture, Serbian Film Commission, and Serbian Film Centre.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
FNE’s objectives include VISIBILITY for the region and AUDIENCES for films by providing a special focus on the region.
