The mid-budget project directed by Roel Reiné stars Danny Trejo, Anthony Michael Hall, and Mickey Rourke in a story of a wronged bandit who signs a pact with the devil in order to revenge himself on his brother. The cast includes Mike Gassaway, Anthony Akrout, Ronan Summers and Romanian actors Ovidiu Niculescu, Radu Micu, Emil Hoştină, Cătălina Grama, Corneliu Ulici. Shane Kuhn and Brendan Cowles wrote the script. Roel Reiné is also the DOP.
Shooting is expected to last five weeks. Universal 1440 Entertainment shot Untitled Werewolf Project with Castel Film entirely in Romania in 2011. The premiere is set for 2013.
