Broadband TV News announced that it, together with Telenor, will host a panel discussion on the state of digital TV in Romania. "Breakfast in Bucharest" takes place at the SAS Radisson on June 17.
The discussion will include a look at the country's five DTH platforms, one of the largest cable markets in Central and Eastern Europe, Romtelecom's pending launch of IPTV, Romanian multimedia powerhouses (Pro TV, Intact Media Group, and Realitatea Media), and local content programming. It will also look at regulatory issues regarding digital TV.
