The unannounced inspection took place one week earlier, with participation from Slovak government inspectors.
The inspection focused on the company's IPTV and broadband services, according to a spokesperson.
Slovak Telekom, which is 51% owned by Deutsch Telekom and the remainder by the Slovak government, was fined €29 million by Slovakia's anti-monopoly authority in 2008 for abuse of its monopoly position. A press release said that although the probe did not imply guilt, Slovak Telekom could receive heavy fines if found guilty of deliberately squeezing competitors out of the market.
