Bučar leaves her current position at Cankarjev dom and Ljubljana International Film Festival, where she oversees independent film distribution efforts, effective February 13. In her new position, Bučar will be promoting Slovenian films on an international level. Replacing Bučar at Cznkarjev dom is Iztok Polanc.
