European Film Promotion (EFP) has today announced the five members of the prestigious SHOOTING STARS jury for 2014. Hailing from various countries and sectors of the international film industry, the jury will between them select the 2014 SHOOTING STARS, some of the best young actors from across Europe. Their deliberations will result in the annual announcement of the ten chosen STARS for 2014 this December. The SHOOTING STARS event is financially supported by the MEDIA Programme of the European Union and the participating EFP members.

The SHOOTING STARS jury 2014 includes Norwegian actor and former SHOOTING STAR Anders Baasmo Christiansen (Kon-Tiki), film critic and editor (Heat magazine) Charles Gant from the UK, German film director Hermine Huntgeburth (The White Massai), Croatian casting director Oriana Kunčić (A Stranger) and film producer Jani Thiltges (Before the Winter Chill) from Luxembourg.
