The third edition of Cartoon Springboard will take place in Halle, Germany, from 14 to 16 November 2017. It will be an excellent opportunity for the young talents of European animation schools (final year students or if you have graduated within the last 5 years) to attend our extraordinary pitching event for young talents. You will meet a panel of experts from the audiovisual world and listen to their advice ad recommendations.
The toolbox, the programme of the event and the list of experts are on the Cartoon website. We have selected 24 animation programmes this year.

> There is no registration fee, and accommodation (3 nights) & travel expenses (up to 200€) are offered to the successful applicants.

Applicants will have to:
> Fill in and send us the scholarship form (with a motivation letter and a CV) by 6 October at the latest. Should you be selected, you will benefit from the special discount for New Media countries (see hereabove).
