FINAL Call for Applications. Apply until the 29th of April for the Arthouse Cinema Training 2025

    Final Call for Applications – Don’t Miss Out! The Arthouse Cinema Training is returning to Berlin this summer for its 22nd edition.

    It is an exclusive, intensive one-week program that brings together arthouse exhibition professionals from around the world — including cinema exhibitors, filmmakers, distributors, festival organizers, and funding representatives.

    Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, exchange ideas with peers from across the globe, and gain a comprehensive, 360° view of the global arthouse cinema landscape. Among the topics to be covered are:

    • Programming and curatorial approaches
    • Business planning, budgeting, and fundraising
    • Communication and marketing strategies
    • Sustainability, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion

    The program also features visits to key Berlin-based cinemas and cinema initiatives.

    The 22nd edition will take place in the heart of Berlin, Germany, from 18 to 24 August 2025. The training venue and full program details will be announced shortly.

    Participation fee: 1,785.00 EUR (incl. VAT) — this includes:

    • Hotel accommodation
    • Breakfast and lunches
    • Training sessions
    • Training materials

    Please note that travel costs are not included.

    All sessions will be held in English, so a good command of the language is required.
