AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN & SERIES WOMEN
Recap of our two leadership programmes
Last week, we wrapped up our AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN and SERIES' WOMEN programmes—two leadership initiatives that brought together 30 remarkable women from the audiovisual industry.
In our final online session, the incredible Valeria Bullo (Cineminds Consultancy, UK) guided them through an insightful and empowering conversation on inclusive hiring practices. It was the perfect way to conclude six months of reflection, challenges, and shared aspirations.
Throughout the programme, these women embraced the journey, challenging the status quo and developing their leadership skills. We are proud to have accompanied them on this transformative path and can’t wait to see where their careers take them next.
To all participants: thank you, congratulations, and keep going.
