WARSAW: A jury composed entirely of CEE representatives gave its three awards to films from Central and South America at the 31st Warsaw IFF. Neon Bull (Brazil, Uruguay, Netherlands) directed by Gabriel Mascaro won the Warsaw Grand Prix, and the Mexican film A Monster with a Thousand Heads won best director for Rodrigo Pla and the jury’s special prize for actress Jana Raluy.
