The 18th edition of Black Nights Film Festival introducing an International Competition has opened accreditation for industry and press. The festival, now accredited by FIAPF as one of fifteen Non-Specialized Feature Film Competition Festivals, takes place from 14th to 30th November in the setting of winter wonderland of Tallinn, Estonia.
SIBIU: The Astra Film Festival, will take place from 6 - 12 October this year in Sibiu, Romania. A highlight of the festival is the Central and Eastern Europe Documentary Competition, featuring ten films from the region.

The Festival has focused on this since its very beginning in 1993, the selected films approaching subjects which define the identity of the area and unveil realities sometimes unknown even among neighbouring countries.
