WARSAW: A French animated series on philosophy entitled Philomena was presented at the Works in progress section at Inspiration Day, hosted by Warsaw Kids Film Forum sponsored by FNE and the Central European Initiative (CEI).
Philomena offers the learning of philosophical thought from the questions of Philomène, an animated character of 13 years, while getting acquainted with the big names of philosophy through 5 key words: Justice, Love, Otherness, Death and Freedom.
The show is directed by Brigitte Barbier, produced by Nadine Pellet-Zwick, Laure Bernard trough Un film a’la patte with a planned budget of 238,705 EUR.
