The 14 screen/2,165 seat multiplex, located in the country’s largest shopping mall, has digital 2D and 3D projection. A 4DX auditorium will open in May, following the launch of 4DX screens in Hungary and Israel.

Plans are underway to open another cinema in Varna as the company expands its presence in Bulgaria. Cinema City also engages in film distribution and screen advertising activities in Bulgaria. Forum Film Bulgaria is the exclusive distributor of Disney and UIP (Paramount and Universal) films.
Cinema City is the largest multiplex cinema operator in Central and Eastern Europe and in Israel with 99 multiplexes and 966 screens, in seven countries (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Israel).
In 2012 Bulgarian operations generated 10.4 m EUF (a 14.6% increase over 2011), equaling 3.7% of the company's total revenues in 2012, and sold 1.7 million tickets, up 8.7% over 2011.
In 2012 Cinema City sold 36.3 million tickets in seven countries, 2.5% more compared to 2011.
The Cinema City group employs over 4,000 people in. Cinema City has 30 additional multiplexes (with some 330 screens) currently under development.
