The script written by Triffonova revolves around the psychiatrist Paskalev and his attempt to help two of his patients. The first one is a young boy, hospitalised after his second suicide attempt, the second is a woman who has just been told that her illness is terminal.

Most of the shooting took place at the Military Hospital in Sofia. "The story of a clinically healthy man who does not want to live anymore and a gravely ill woman who cannot accept her impending death is excellent for actors”, Triffonova said.

The main characters are played by Hristo Garbov (Triffonova’s husband), Svetlana Yancheva, Boyka Velkova and Angelina Savova.

Rossitsa Valkanova produced through her company Klas Films in coproduction with Nu Boyana. The film was supported by the Bulgarian National Film Center.

The film was shot for 14 days in May 2015 and premiered on 10 March 2017 at the 21st Sofia Film Fest, where it received the audience award for a domestic film. The Bulgarian National Television acquired the broadcast rights. The domestic release will start on 3 November 2017.
