FESTIVALS: Six Long Films to Compete at Animafest Zagreb 2023

    ZAGREB: Six long animated films, including My Love Affair with Marriage by Signe Baumane and White Plastic Sky by Tibor Bánóczki and Sarolta Szabó, will compete in the Grand competition at the World Animated Film Festival - Animafest Zagreb. The festival will be held from 5 to 10 June 2023.

    The Short film competition will include 42 films and 41 films have been selected for the Student film competition. The Croatian film competition will feature 19 films.

    Approximately 1,800 films from 93 countries were submitted.

    The National Film and Television School (NFTS) from the United Kingdom will be awarded as the Best Animation School for the second year in a row.
