    PRAGUE: Petr Koliha, artistic director of the Zlin children’s film festival (www.zlinfest.cz), will take on the position of director of Czech TV’s (www.ceskatelevize.cz) new children and youth channel as of 1 September 2012.

    Koliha leave Zlin after nine years as artistic director, returning to public broadcaster Czech TV where he worked prior to Zlin.

    A new artistic director of the Zlin festival is expected to take on that post in the fall.
