The leading regional TV company in CEE, with channels in six Central European countries, installed a new management team in September 2013 and despite turning around its earnings record in the past year, it has yet to regain the confidence of investors. In a recent interview, the sales director of the flagship Czech channel TV Nova said the station is raising its advertising rates by 5 percent in 2015, despite falling short of capacity in 2014.
CME stock closed out the day at $2.29 on NASDAQ, although it rose slightly in after-hour trading. By comparison, the stock was at $6.35 per share one year ago.
