The film represented the Czech Republic in the 2014 Oscar race and the European Film Awards. The Czech/Slovak/German coproduction had a budget of 1.4 m EUR. It was released in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in March 2014. It had international releases in Argentina and France in summer 2015 and has been screened at more than 15 festivals worldwide.

Sedlackova co-wrote the script about doping in sports under communism. The film stars Czech superstar Anna Geislerova and the rising young Slovak actress Judit Bardos as a mother (and former athlete) and her talented athlete daughter who try to resist the state doping system. The daughter is torn between the dissident past of her parents and her former boyfriend, and her growing awareness of the dangers of using the drugs being forced on her by her coaches.

Sedláčková is also known as an editor with several international credits.
