Der Prag Krimi is one of the many German productions shooting on Czech locations. According to Helena Bezděk Fraňková, the director of the Czech State Cinematography Fund, 14 TV films and series have been filmed in the Czech Republic in 2017, totalling to 400 shooting days and a spend of over 33.45 m EUR / 850 m CZK.
