Sibrt co-founded the production company Pink in 2010 while a student at Prague’s FAMU film school, studying directing of documentary films. He produced his own graduation 60-minute film, On Decency, and went on to produce art films and commercials before being selected as an Emerging Producer at the Jihlava IDFF in 2015. Since then, he coproduced two Romanian/Czech films, the documentary Cinema, Mon Amour by Alexandru Belc and the debut feature film Touch Me Not by Adina Pintilie, winner of the Golden Bear at the Berlinale.

His most recent production, the debut documentary When the War Comes directed by Jan Gebert, was the opening film of the Panorama Dokumente at the 2018 Berlinale. Sibrt participated in the MIDPOINT 2017 Feature Launch programme with Images of Love by Polish director Tomasz Wiński.
