The festival will hold the world premiere of Jonathan McHugh’s documentary Long Live Rock. Music is one of the themes of the festival’s 2019 edition.
Screenings take place in the Town Hall Square of Tartu and are free of charge. Additionally, the festival screens documentaries in the historic Athena theatre.
The selected films include Ditte & Louise (Denmark, 2018) by Niclas Bendixen, Euphoria (Sweden, UK, Germany, 2017) by Lisa Langseth, Miles Ahead (USA, 2015) by Don Cheadle, Romeo + Juliet (USA, 1996) by Baz Luhrmann and Yellow Submarine (UK, USA, 1968) by George Dunning.
