FESTIVALS: The 19th Tbilisi Film Festival Kicks Off

    TBILISI: Ten debut features will compete for the Golden Prometheus for best film and Silver Prometheus for best director in the main competition of the 19th Tbilisi Film Festival, running from 3 to 9 December 2018.

    Another 16 titles will be screened in the European Forum programme, while the other sections of the festival are Horizons, Made in Germany, Country in Focus – Italy, Baltic States – 100, Apollo – Ingmar Bergman 100, Literature & Film, Director in Focus – Sergei Loznitsa.

    The Georgian Panorama will present four feature films, 11 short and animated films, as well as nine documentaries.
