Andy VajnaBUDAPEST: Hungarian media sources report that Andy Vajna, Hungarian film commissioner, has purchased commercial channel TV2.
According to reports, the purchase followed two months of negotiations. Vajna will assume the debts of the station’s managers, who bought the station in early 2014. Vajna will assume control of the station by the end of 2015.
The move would underscore Vajna’s position as one of the most influential persons in Hungary.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region.
