RIGA: Latvia will launch six pilot projects, including two film screenings at Forum Cinemas' Kino Citadele, starting 10 June 2021, in order to develop and check the requirements for the safe reopening of the cultural sector.
Each pilot project will have its own guidelines for epidemiologically safe activities, but all the pilot projects share some general precautions, including the checking of the COVID-19 vaccination certificate, personalised tickets, etc, according to local media.
The Latvian government plans to allow vaccinated residents to attend cultural events after 15 June 2021.
