PRODUCTION: Swedish/Lithuanian SF 2060 Wraps Shooting in Lithuania

VILNIUS: Henrik Hellstrom‘s futuristic drama 2060, a Swedish/Lithuanian coproduction, was shot in Lithuania from 10 to 19 August 2016. The tragicomic story takes place in 2060, in a nursing home for elderly people, where a newcomer Amanda has to realise what is important in life.

Therese Bringholm wrote the script. The film stars Marie Goranzon, Magnus Skogsberg and Pia Johansson. The cast includes Shima Niavarani, Sten Ljunggren, Peter Huttner, Anneli Martini, Bohador Foladi, Rino Brezina.

2060 is produced by Tobias Bringholm and Erich Hortnagl through Sweden‘s Storyfire in coproduction with Gabija Siurblytė through Lithuania‘s Dansu.
