These new projects are Namme, a feature film directed by Zaza Khalvashi about a community from the mountains region in Georgia, and the Cypriot 3D animated project Dragon Recepies, directed by Maria Pavlou, about the friendship between a wizard girl and a dragon she has created. All the minority coproductions received a total amount of 157,000 EUR.
A total of 770,701 EUR was allocated for film production, while 41,000 EUR went to four projects in preproduction including two feature films.
Support was also given to five films dedicated to the centenary of the re-creation of the state of Lithuania. The biggest amount of 70,000 EUR went to the documentary about the Lithuanian writer Tumas-Vaižgantas. More than 48,000 EUR was distributed among three short films.
